- Working closely with you to formulate detailed job specifications and differentiate between required skills and preferred skills.
- Search through our vast database containing literally thousands of highly qualified, professionals to find just the right consultant that best fits your needs.
- Perform in-house interviews to pre-qualify candidates for technical and professional skills. Our internal software project leads perform all technical interviews.
- Check at least three personal/professional references.
- Provide executive summaries for the selected candidates.
- We will personally introduce the candidate to the client on the first interview.
- We will only present two or three "stars" for each position.
- Provide ongoing management for the consultant and any future client needs.
